Default Playing with flowers

I was shooting some pictures of some flowers my mom brought my grandma and decided to fiddle around in photoshop. I'm not for sure if maybe I went too far though. One thing I would probably change is the amount of black at the bottom, but I think that was a result of nothing colorful in the bottom portion of the shot. Not quite sure how to fix that, but I thought I'd see what ya'll think

Camera: Canon EOS digital rebel XT

Aperture: f/1.8

I really like it I would probably just crop a little off the bottom to help reduce the black. I don't find it that distracting but a little less would be good. I really love the soft color in the image. I however don't care too much for the grainy color around the edges of the image if possible I would have kept the smooth color gradient for all the flowers especially the blue one.
