Talking Barn HDR (first)

Please comment on the colour and whether you think it's been overdone or not. Thanks

Comenting on just what you asked for, I think the color is fine....
Doesn't seem to look overdone from the small image....
It does seem out of focus....maybe the alignement was off?
Its really hard to tell it was done with an HDR technique....seems a bit flat still in most spots.

That looks much sharper, I really like the shot, the colors are great. Any chance you can link to a larger copy? 800px or larger?

I'd also look at doing some barrel adjustment on the photo, it looks like the sides of the silo and building are slanted. But, I'm not sure if that would actually improve the photo, it might take away from it.

Did your aperture stay constant during each of those shots? With what you've indicated, I'm not sure you would have gotten enough dynamic range to really see the full effect in HDR. Still, though, it would be interesting to see each of the four individual shots just for comparison.

Not that I'm an expert in HDR, but when I'm trying those shots, I use the exposure bias settings, and try to get them at -2, -1, 0, +1, and +2.

I did use the same aperature for all shots. The only thing I changed was the shutter speed.
