Default My first use of Phototools

This is my first attempt at using phototools2. Photoshop is still quite foreign to me.

I like the softness of the heart pendant but I wanna make it really "sparkle". not sure how to approach it as I still dont know what im doing. should I sharpen it a bit more? There seems to be a shadow around the heart. Should I get rid of it or concentrate on making the heart brighter?

Although I am not familiar with phototools so cant help you there, I thought if you were able to keep the skin soft and sharpen the heart it would stand out more, then add some sparkle but keep it subtle.....and I would crop the strap out that you can see on the bottom right hand corner to keep the clean and natural look. Hope that helps a little

Yes, you would have to sharpen the heart, but then I would put small lens flair (Brush)on the light spots on the heart.Thats just nomal ps cs3.
