Default Flower enhancement

I am still trying to work with photos of flowers to enhance and bring out the natural beauty with minimal alterations, but I am not sure how I am doing and would like some advice on what I should focus on more? I deepened the color of the flowers and tried to keep the color as close to natural as possible. I think I am seeing a bit too much red, or perhaps rust color. What do you think? I am currently using picassa.
Thanks,
Laura

I think you went a bit overboard with the effects.
Can we see the original?

I was thinking the same thing, so I redid it and made it look more natural. Still think the lighting isnt right though.
