There is a 3d rendering program that is free called Truespace just enter your email and you can download it for free.
Use this program to create a box of your color choice and setup the lighting like you want. Then render the box with the lights to the resolution you will need for your final image. This will create the room for your car. May take some time to figure out how to use truespace but you should be able to do it within an hour since your just doing something simple.

One thing I have noticed is along the outline of the car there are remnants of the former background.
When eraseing the background, enlarge your image to a huge size and follow the outlines and erase along the edges. That way you can see the difference in colors and can get even closer to the edges.
