I wonder if you might have shot it with a higher ISO and enabled the in camera noise reduction ( which actually works pretty well ) might have given you more freedom to adjust it.
Actually the more I look at it, the brighter it seems to get. The spots of white light are distracting, the one in the middle seems like a pivot point to me. I like Dutch-tilt.. but they look best at 45 degrees as applied to the rule of third.. where the #1 interection connects the #4 (think tic-toc-toe 1-left top , 2 right top, 3 left bottom, 4 right bottom ) or another variation of criss cross. The forground is just negative space, I would have cropped it just beyond the reflection of the sky. I brought it up in PS and did just a quick once over to see what I meant.I don't think the noise is very noticable.nothing great, just spent a few minutes with it. I want you to do it ![]() I really like some of the shots on your flickr BTW .. the sepia dog is amazing
