Default Shoe, Word of Wisdom and B&W no.2

Well here is my second B&W installment, tell me what you guys think.
I added my own quote, I'll admit its not the best qoute and further improvements can be made but for now I would like to hear all of you guys and gals criticism and what could be improved. Im thinking of what kind of font will suit this kind of picture. Any suggestions?

Nike Shoes

update: I replaced the original picture to the new one (seen now) due to some issues.

The image seems to work, the b+w, the dof etc is all good. The 'r' of 'forever' is a bit lost in the lighter bg. There is room to move your text over a bit, but you might want to keep it's position in relation to the fram, at which point you would have to crop part of that bg shoe out. Or you could just move the text down as well as to the left. Your logo also gets lost in the light bg down in the bottom rh corner. Try moving it to the left bottom corner wher it will show up well against the dark shadow of the shoe. As for the font, I think this is not a bad choice as it seems to echo the font used by Nike on the bottom of the shoe. Sans-serif fonts like this are generally a good idea for posters and this sort of quote on pic thing as they are less cluttered and nice and clear. I think you missed a space in 'some things'. The bg under the text seems to work at this size, but if you mean it to be printed, you might want to try a trial run and see if it is clear enough. Otherwise you might need to re-shoot, leaving a larger black area under the shoe and putting the text there so it stands out better. Generally it looks like you are very nearly there.

Okay thanks. Haha, juz realize some things and somethings is 2 different thing rite? Hmm, do you think if I darken (is it dodge/burn?) the R bg it will solve the R cannot see problem?

Thanks for the serif tip, I'll edit it again when I have the time

Yes, darkening the bg should work, I just didn't think of it!

Well I replaced the previous image with new one cause there seem to be a problem with it, anyway. Why when I tried (dodge/burn - darken) the background of R, there isn't seem much improvement in the R clarity, like it cannot be darken enough?
