Default Tilt-Shift Effect -Construction Workers-

I´m trying to master this technique.
Do you guys think this one looks like an scale model?

yup, it looks like miniature, things that you could improve is by making the hillside clear (so can see all those small barrels) and beyond it blurry. Then since the crane (the red top one) black thing (dont know what its called) is blurry, make it clear.
