Hi - As you can see from the post count - Im still very new here - so be nice.
Im just starting out with post production of pics. Here is my first attempt. Any feedback is appreciated - not just on the post work, but the any ideas how I could have improved the pic in general. Thanks for that. And re-looking at the pic I can see how it looks like the lady (she was about 50) has a pole sticking out of her head.

I'm new to the forum so I hope I don't rehash old news. Most point and shoot cameras have a distance of about 4 feet to about 35 feet where they get the best photo focus, although you can get nice long distance photos too. So if you took the same photo of the woman taking a photo at the end of the wall - getting a bit closer to her would give you more ability to play with the sharpness, composition, etc. I like the lines of your photo. I like the aspect of being allowed to see a moment in time that might otherwise be missed. It draws you in. The concept was nice - I'd have tried for a slightly tighter shot.
