Yep, put my finger over the background to the side of the man so that you are only viewing the foreground rocks and it looks completely different. Give the feeling of height.
Well that was my original idea, to face the man the other way. but then the light would conflict that of the bike. (opposing ambient light directions) So I had to flip him.
I'm not completely sure if I understood your second paragraph. Thank you for the input! I love hearing (reading) what could improve my work.

I like that he is facing the other way - out of the photo - makes you wonder what is there!

The only thing I don't *love* is the rock formation (or buildings?) that are next to his right leg/thigh (so on the viewer's left of him). They don't seem to fit, and the placement is a little distracting. That is very nitpicky though.

Overall I think it is a fantastic, creative image - and will definitely set you apart.

Ahhh. I see it now. It is kind of... ehhh. (real word in Dictionary as of last month) I think I liked it before I covered it with the guy then forgot to revisit it and check if it still fit there. Thank you!
