I personally like it.....love the inclusion of the small chunk of land at far left right on bridge line.
I think if it were mine I'd duplicate it and create some random light casting over those close up rocks for a bit more drama but the obviously processed look works for me. However I am a post processor and love to tweak every image I shoot. I se a scene and think of how i can edit it....lol!

I tried editing by dodging the black areas in the foreground and blurring the sky to get rid of the noise. What do you think?

From what I see the sky is far too dark and doesnt match the bright lights shining thru the bridge. Perhaps lightening up just the sky would do the trick
