Default Gimme some of that old time..... HDR?



The science wing at school, well part of it.

Would appreciate crit on composition and lighting, especially the blaring sun

The sun is overwhelming. It's impossible to look at this and not have my eye drawn to the sun, which is just a big white blot. I love the detail in the building, and would suggest that you find a way to tone down the sun so it's not so dominant.

One of the intents of HDR is to create photos that show more of what the human eye sees in reality - most photos don't have that range. Is this looking like what you saw?

Again, I really like the detail/quality of the building, and would like it not to be overwhelmed by the sun.

to answer your question honestly, that wasn't what the day was looking like at all, the sun was bright, but the sky was very blue, and the shadows weren't nearly as dark, everything was "Brighter" than it appears...

But I do understand what you are saying
