The textures are great for an hdr effect. However, the image as a whole is far too dark. You might try playing with the exposure and brighten it up. May I have a go at this?

Hi takethislife5150 , can you post the unedited shot before your hdr treatment, please.
Carl.

This may sound like a silly question, but what is HDR? How do you accomplish it? Thanks! BTW I love the shot! Very neat!

![]() I just played with exposure. denoised and did some dodge and burn HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. Generally you will take 2,3 or more images all taken with different exposure settings and combine them for a high dynamic range

Instead of trying to bump up the exposure in PP I would have taken a third +2 exposure. This is the HDR standard procedure and it would have given you good highlight detail.
