Cool Park Hyatt, Goa [HDR]

Lobby of the hotel, 3 exposures shot in Raw, processed and tonemapped in Photomatix.

Tried my best to keep the look real and i think i was able to do it. what do you feel? Anything which might be overdone or any areas of improvement?

Really nice job. I don't really see anything I would personally change. The image certainly isn't over done like many are. I really love the color of the water, if it was possible I think moving the camera in front of the foreground plants could make a more striking image but I know it may not have been possible to do this. I don't think the foreground flowers really hurt the image since they are done well. The sky is fantastic and the lack of halo around the building is a definite plus.

Nice work I look forward to seeing future work of yours.

Very nice - so many HDR images are so overdone, but this one looks great.

It pops - but it doesn't blow your brains out. I particularly like the detail of the foreground foliage. I think it adds some nice colour and interest to the shot.

@Murtasma, Eberbachl - so kind of you guys, i feel honoured. Will definitely try to capture such shots. I too generally dont like the overdone HDR's and make extra effort to ensure that the shot looks real.

Default Wow!

This is an incredible image, and i think it is more suited for the share your shots section rather than critique... because honestly i cant see a single thing wrong with it! The colors are brilliant without being overbearing, the composition is superb, and the subject is inviting and interesting. The thing i like most is the color of the water... it contrasts well against the red leaves. GREAT image!

It's not overdone but it's certainly "done". My personall taste would be to turn it back just a touch to give the "Unbeliveably well exposed look" rather than the "good HDR" look.

I like to be left wondering with my HDR.

I love it--especially the foreground and perfect reflection of the building on the water. Overall, it's very nice.

The sky could be a more deep blue.

very nicely done......only thing I might try doing is shining some light on the interior of the building....just in the center. I think it might be a touch too much as for realism and I only say that because the sky. The rest is certainly spot on to my eyes.

Well done.
