I did this black and white using camera raw on a jpeg file. I don't really know what makes a good black and white photo, so I'm looking for critique on how I did. I've attached the color photo for comparison. I can't think of specific questions I have because I don't know much about black and white techniques, so just a critique of whatever you think needs mentioning would be great! Thanks all!

like the b&w but maybe it needs more contrast or more highlight...or something, I dunno. I love the texture details on the petals, pretty.
