Default BellWood WaterTower

I've been trying to do some decent PP on some different shots, I came up with this shot, I'm trying something with the black and white look with a touch of color. I kinda of like it, but I was wondering does it work with this photo? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Camera GENERAL IMAGING CO. X5
Exposure 0.001 sec (1/2000)
Aperture f/4.5
Focal Length 21.8 mm
ISO Speed 100

I dont mind the selective color as much as the composition of the photo. I'm guessing th water tower is probably quite tall but that fact is lost with the close up of the crop. Somehow it seems to lose something with the crop

I'd probably include a touch of color on the bottom part of the tower as well so it feels more balanced

I agree with windrider. The whole tower should be color, not just the top.

Thanks very much for the comments guys, but that is the original shot size. All I did was the B/W and add the color back in. I probably only cut off about the bottom 20' of the tower. Its not very tall. And there wasn't really much color at all on the bottom, it would have been light silver which ended up light gray in the b/w. Ive got some other shots of it I may mess with and repost. Thanks for all the suggestions Yall have been a lot of help.
