I'm hoping that the junk around this pic doesn't take away from the photo. I actually like the shot. But what I want to know is, Does the PP work? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks

I'd say it is a bit odd to have coloured part of the tractor but not all of it. Instead of selective colouring, how about trying all of the image in muted colours and then highlight the tractor with more intensely saturated colours?

Old machinery is also good material for HDR, or even tone-mapping a single JPEG. Desaturated colors work well here.
