Default First Critique, be gentle :D

I was coming back from work the other day and I finally had my camera with me. I wanted to take the shot for some time now. It was intensely foggy that day, so I had to play around with the colors and contrast...
I am pretty new at this, so any feedback would be great

Camera: NEX-3
Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/5
Focal Length: 34 mm
ISO Speed: 200

I think you have too much contrast here.

The problem with dealing with artistic shots like this, is that outside of composure and possibly lighting, opinions are kinda mute, because it's not as much photography, as it is art. And every person has a different opinion on what they believe makes good art.

I personally agree that there's a little too much contrast. But like I said, that's me. That being said, from an artistic point of view, I do like the colors that you brought out during PP. As far as composition goes, I would crop a little farther to the right, bringing in the left side until it's flush with the green vegetation going up the wall. To me, the bright area of fence on the left is a little distracting.

Welcome to DPS though and keep working on it!

Default thanks

Thank you for the advice. I must definitely agree that there is too much contrast, even tho I do kind of like it just the distortion in the colors makes it a bit annoying i suppose.

about the cropping, this is the whole image, and maybe i didn´t get the feedback right, but i can not go any more to the right, all i can do is crop out the left bits, but then wouldn´t the composition change too much?

Thanks for helping

I agree with the need to maybe try a tighter crop but in all honesty I like the colors. TFS
