Default help with PP

I"m having trouble getting the pp that i'm happy with, at the moment i think it lacks punch and has a magenta hue in the water. I only have made a few minor adjustments to this one but have tried layers ect with no success. I have a few pics in this series and they are all giving me trouble.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i really like the set and would like to bring them out to there best.

and yes i shoot in Raw

DSC_4938(web)

Exposure 1/3200 sec
Aperture f/5.6
Focal Length 120 mm
ISO Speed 800

I have added a few more on flicker of the set if you would like a look.

thanks
Jo

You can use a green filter in Photoshop, or the green/magenta slider in ACR to color correct for the magenta cast.

You need to set your blackpoint and white point. I do this in NX2 with the double threshold button in the histogram. Your image is a bit washed out and that is what is giving you the magenta cast.
