A silhouette of "what" exactly?
IMO the composition is all about the clouds/light (which is nice) and the buildings are just "clutter".

yes, i think if you crop or clone out the "pokey" that sticks into the bottom it would be better, gorgeous rays

Sorry, but I have to agree with Steve and Corry above. The image just doesn't work for me. To the uninformed, the silhouette part of the image has no meaning, and one has to wonder what exactly it is. With all that dark matter on the right side of the image, and the pointy thing in the middle, there's something about the balance in the image that I'm having a problem with. I think it's more a problem with the composition than the editing.

Thanks everyone for your reply ..It means this image does not have anything in it.It is a little disappointing for me.Can you suggest something to make me understand what is absent in the image.

Thanx!! :-)

For starters, you really don't have a point of interest in your photo. I find my eyes darting over the image from the black mass on the right side to the pointy thing in the middle to the clouds, and still not sure of what I am looking at. I find that silhouettes work best when you can identify what it is. For example, a tree, or person, or bridge, etc against a bright sky..even though totally black, you still know what it is. Your image is just several unidentifiable black items placed haphazardly within the frame. You'd probably have a better image here if you do a vertical crop eliminating the pointy thing and everything to the left of it.

Here is what I'm talking about with a new crop. You have strong diagonal lines in the image which is good, better balance between the dark side and the bright side of the image, and no odd items jutting up from the bottom of the image.
