I tried a (very) light HDR (3 pictures at -1,0 and +1 EV)) for this tree against the light.
I have processed with PS CS5, Fusion HDR Pro and Silver Efex. The title of my photo is immutable (immuable in french). What do you think ? I add some exif data : ImageWidth - 3543 ImageLength - 3543 BitsPerSample - 16 16 16 Make - NIKON CORPORATION Model - NIKON D90 Software - Adobe Photoshop CS5 Windows InterColorProfile - 35730 FNumber - 13 ExposureProgram - Aperture priority ISOSpeedRatings - 200 ApertureValue - F 13.00 MaxApertureValue - F 5.66 LightSource - Auto Flash - Not fired FocalLength - 85 mm

Compositionally, I think an HDR photo needs to stand on it's own, just like any other image. You have a good subject here, and I like the misty elements in the background. It's too bad that fence, power poles and especially power lines are in the way.
I'm not sure you needed HDR to pull it all off, though, as your tree is completely dark (silhouetted) while you have some places in the sky that are too bright. You could have probably done similar work with a single exposure. All of that processing might be working against you. Or, taking them at -2, 0 and +2 would have worked more in your favor to get a better range. If you're going to do multiexposures, I'd just like to see more detail in the grass (foreground) and more detail in the clouds. Thanks for posting, I look forward to seeing more of your shots.

Hello,
Thank you for your answers. For EOBeav, sure the HDR is very slight. I used it just to make appear some details in the clouds but not too much as I wanted to be the closest of the original picture (the one with normal expo). With a huge HDR, I think I could have much more details but it would have been too much as I desired to keep the tree in dark. For Cyber3d : I will post soon the 3 original pictures to compare.
