Horizon doesn't look too squiffy to me. The water level is straight, I think the hills/mountains must be at different heights.

The sky isn't that interesting, and the roof at the front though helpful to lead the eye in is taking up a bit too much of the shot for me. Also, the water level cuts the picture in half. I would crop it to a panoramic proportion 3:1. This will reduce the amount of empty sky, put the water level on the top 3rd line and reduce the amount of roof while putting the start of the roof roughly on the right third line drawing a diagonal line into the picture.

That should about do it.

Color is okay, a polarizer would have helped with the reflections on the water. Might ease a bit off the clarity slider as well.
