Ok, not an HDR...

Looking for critique on composition and blending here.

This was taken a shoot at the Egyptian theater in DeKalb Il. Which is a known paranormal attraction as well..

Does it convey the eerie feeling?

If Rocky Horror is eerie, then definitely.

I'm afraid it reads more camp than eerie for me.

I'd play with the lighting first, which seems both bright and blue. Something warmer in the spotlight would help, I think. Also, more shadows (higher ratio from key to fill, especially) would give more of a noir/eerie feel.

The Dutch angle you've chosen doesn't work for me. I think you want the character at camera right to be threatening and I don't get that feeling when he's lower than the spotlighted protagonist.

Not sure where the blue is coming from in your screen, on all mine here the only blue is in the hair which is ment to be there..

Also guess it is kinda bright, can tone that down some, also guess errie isn't the right work, spooky maybe. I was hoping with that edit to get him to look like a ghost or paranormal ababerration.
