Is it HDR? The halos in the sky is the first thing I notice and they don't look smooth and comfortable to me. Try and play around with your tonemap settings and see if you can reduce it. I'm not a pro, and I'm still learning too, so I'm just stating my opinion.

The halo almost makes the sky look embossed over the boat masts.
Other than that, I like the color and the subject.

But I do find it a bit busy boats and masts and piers and trees all starting to blend together.
I might suggest cropping in to a smaller area, or perhaps changing angle next time to aim down the line of boats.

here are my two cents, IMO is too bright and quite saturated, as the others suggested, tonemapping can help to improve the pic
