EXIF for other posters:
Camera Canon PowerShot SX110 IS
Exposure 0.01 sec (1/100)
Aperture f/3.2
Focal Length 8.2 mm
ISO Speed 400

I know the mods like people to ask specific questions, but for a quick "what do you think" I'll give you a quick "what I think" answer.

I'm not sure I get what the subject is. The buildings in the back and the table details in the front are all in pretty good focus. A wider aperture with some selective focus could have helped better define a subject, but on a compact camera like the Canon, you're going to have a difficult time getting that effect. You could try the macro mode for closer focusing on the foreground.

The reflected lights are distracting. There's a dark spot between the lights, which I thought might be sensor dust until I looked at the EXIF and realized this was a P&S, so it must be on the window. Either way, I'd probably clone that out.

The decorative branch on the table blends into the tree in the background. If that was supposed to be the subject, it got lost.

You've got a tricky white balance situation where the interior and exterior lighting are very different temperatures. I know some cameras can do white balance bracketing where you could take shots with different white balances and blend them together in post to make the interior and exterior correct and closer to what your eyes would see.

Wow, I set out for quick and wrote a novella.

It looks as if you turned on your camera, randomly pointed and snapped the photo...no thought to composition, lighting, SUBJECT, etc. What is the point of this photo? And why do you want it to be critiqued?

If you're going to ask for a critique, let us know what story/feeling you were going for and what specifically you want critiqued. To me, it just looks like a random snapshot out of your window.

I do find the lights a bit distracting. I do not how ever agree with Boring or the fact you just grabbed to shoot!
I get the sense of a warm home while out side mother naure is giving here "what for attitude" I see this as a memorie keeper.
Please keep shooting!

Perhaps as well as posters to read critique rules, it is equally important for critiqers to have a little respect. Snarky comments and bluntness have a place. If you don't care for the photo and have constructive ideas it is great to add comments. If you don't have those it maybe better to pass on by!
