is this too much editing on the color?

Depends on what you are going for. It's quite unnatural looking, but I sort of like it.

The one thing I'll knock is the edges of the clouds along the top of the frame. They're a bit wonky.

that was the way they were. only edited color but didnt know if i gave it to much color?

Go with your first instinct; this is clearly over processed. Keep in mind that orange and blue are complementary (opposite) colors and in most cases you need to let one dominate while letting the other play a supporting role.

I would encourage you to go compare the before and after while paying attention to the edges of those clouds. Most definitely not "the way they were."
