Default Dance Studio

A first attempt at LDR/HDR, I've always found this mix of businesses interesting: Pizza on one end, Yoga on the other, and a dance studio and shoe repair shop in the center; and I always enjoy the colors of the neon lights as I pass by early everyday on the way to work.

Anyway, any and all comments, criticisms, and suggestions for improvement including composition, technique, and/or anything else would be useful input. Please be frank!

Hi, ChicagoJohn. I find the image a little flat, and I am expecting those neon lights you so liked to pop out of it. The sky is also almost of the same color as the roof. Would a lighter color of the sky be better? Like there is a reflection of little light at the back of the building?

How could you put more emphasis on the geometric shapes? I like them.

This may be a little better, although it doesn't address all of your points... Thanks for the great suggestions! (However, they may exceed my abilities

I liked what you did with the "golf course". It was awesome, so I don't buy that...
