Please let me know if there is a better category for posting this question.
I use LR2 and have found that images shot in both RAW and JPEG, processed and exported in both TIF and JPEG formats are showing some major flaws, and I am trying to determine if they are a flaw in the processing software. Here is the link to the original SOOC shot (EXIF data listed there) For use in DPS Post regarding LR processed images | Flickr - Photo Sharing! Here is a sample image, shot in RAW, processed in LR2 - Resolution is at 240 dpi I am horrified to discover this and would appreciate any feedback. ![]() Thank you in advance for your time in reviewing this. |

Are you exporting them with the srgb color space?

The only thing I see in either the original or the processed one is a little banding in the sky, and it's not so painfully obvious that it jumps out at me. I only started looking for it because you implied there was a problem with the image.

To the others: The banding on the left is the flaw I am referring to. It does not show up like this in LR, so I know it was part of the export process, AND Ed is also correct. I need to try and lighten that side if I can. I will do some more experiments and see what I can do to improve those shots. This is one of my favorites and I was just struck dumb to discover the banding issue months after upload, as for me it wasn't immediately noticable either.
