The veil that is..

Just finished shooting my first wedding. This is not the best of the bunch but I was wondering if the blur and over exposed look works for this picture?

I like the position of the people, I LOVE the yellow shoes that add a splash of color. The soft blur.
What I dont like is the throw rug sitting behind the shoes. It totally distracts from everything else

Thank you very much for your reply. Much appreciated! Ya your right total drag about the mat. I did remove it after while for other pictues...but your right it doesn`t help this one.
