My first Self-Portrait

Hey guys, I couldn't decide whether this belongs to the people section or processed photos section more so I just decided to post it here. I'm looking for critique on both the PP and the actual shot (what you can make from it).
Shot it with slow sync flash. 20 seconds exposure. A reflector at 45 degree directly infront of the in camera flash. The light streaks are from a torch with which I went crazy after the flash went off. Post processing details is kind of tedious list and I'd be glad to list down if anybody is interested.
Any cropping required? Is the processing overdone? And any other other things that you think would make the photo better.
