Default B/W Silhouette Roof

Camera: Canon EOS 1000D
Exposure: 1/3200 sec
Aperture: f/7.1
Focal Length: 50 mm
ISO Speed: 100
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

How is the B/W version? Is it a good one? It is also my first trial in silhouette.

Thanks for the critiques.

Sorry, it just doesnt work for me at all. an attenna, a hint of a chimney and some wispy clouds just dont create an exciting photo. I bet it looked really cool in person but in a photo it just doesnt pop. sorry

Its okay, the compo might be not good. But how was the silhouette? Is it a good silhouette? Anyway, thanks for the comment.

It's a silhouette. It's not really interesting but it IS a silhouette. Whether you want to do silhouettes, or any other type of photography for that matter, the subject has to grab the viewer.
If the sky was an interesting color it might help this photo but it will never be great imho.
