The image looks a bit dark to me although the sky i like.
I think if it were my shot I would try highlighting the signs and leave the sky the way it is.... Increasing the brightness too much will result in the section uner the bottom sign to the left to become even more blown out than it is now. Great perspective!

i really like this shot, all of the elements work well together, the dark tones adding a certain moodiness. the sky and clouds reallys adds to the image. The only thing i could suggest is if you could selectively brighten parts of the sign
