Hi.
I recently purchased Photomatix HDR Pro.In the past I have used various freeware HDR software so thought I would give Photomatix a go. I took the following shot the other day and then tried to enhance it in CS5. Please give your comments good or bad so hopefully I can improve on my post HDR work. ![]() http://www.panoramio.com/photo/36818260 Many Thanks. Eifion. |

Hi .
So sorry for very very late reply. This is due to an ongoing illness. I did try to upload the shot along with others last week.Although it stated the shots are uploaded I cant find them on the site.In my profile page it says,One Album,3 Pictures but I still cant trace them. No no doubt I have done something wrong along the way. I will attach the Bodnant shot on this and see if that works. Regards.Eifion. Can you e-mail to let me know what happens. Regards. Eifion. I have tried to attach the photo two times but keep getting this error message. Photo 2 Pen and Wash Effect.jpg: This is not a valid image file. Here are the photo details. It is resized to a jpg Dimensions 3000 x 2008 Size 2.48 mb. Is the size to big as I went by the dimensions in the Manage Attachments Box below. Sorry to be a pain.

Well regardless of where the photo is lol, I think you've got a good start. Photomatix is an excellent program to use, I bought it about a week ago after using the trial for a while. Back to the picture, in my own opinion, its just a little too overdone, some like this kind of look, some don't. But thats the beauty of photography, everyone likes things a little different. After messing with it for a while I think you'll find a balance that you like, so keep it up and thanks for sharing.
