Default Composite: It's whats for dinner

Hi all,

Had a quiet Sunday afternoon, so I thought I would entertain myself.

This is a composite of four different images. I'm looking for feedback on the realness of it, and if anyone has any tips for next time? How do my shadows look? I think they are all real, but if there are any glaring omissions I'd love to hear about them.

It's what's for dinner

I think MOST of my lines are pretty clean, there are one or two places on the leg that I thought I had chopped funny, but it turned out they were in places were no chopping had even been done. If you need to see it bigger you can click here.

Great job!
I think if the background was less busy, it would emphasize the "dinner" more.

Thanks Nekrose, I reckon you are spot on. When I finished, and I was looking at it critically myself, I did file that away as a "for next time" thought. I hadn't even considered it as I set the shot up, but I definitely will next time.

Thanks for your feedback!

No problem!
It is very creative. I may have to try something like this myself
