The head of the lady seems to be transparent....i corrected it with photoshop but couldnt upload it. Please critique for any other issues

I don't mind seeing the image level, remove the person on the left and crop out some foreground. Sample for illustration purpose.

Here's my attempt on adding some value... what he said - horizontals MUST be horizontal when intended to be horizontal.

I'd go with LoveDSLR's approach. And add some saturation to the sky. Otherwise it's pretty cool photo.
