Default Too much ...?

I was wondering if the edit was a little too much, I was going for an over the top sky, but am worried I might have over done it. It WAS a brilliant blue, but obviously not that much. I increased the exposure and saturation on the sky, and shadows on the entire image. Should I tone it down?

I got two opinions....both dependant on your intent. Again with post processing it is hugely reliant upon the goal you were aiming to achieve. I really like this shot....I think the subject really stands out in the Earth tones against the blue sky. The only problem im seeing is top edges are verging on blown out...or at least it seems that way or a vignette was applied to the top edges. May be the clouds just entering the edges. I think if you cloned some of the blue and corrected the edges it would be an awesome shot! Great light in it thats for sure! Were you going for a realistic shot? If so the background is a bit over done but I think it works well with this shot.
Nicely done!

Default Good picture/portrait of this young lady.

You have a delightful capture of this lady and an amazing foreground. The sky is overexposed, and you did an interesting job of fixing it. I am not sure of your EXIF data or what the untouched version looked like before you heightened the colours of the sky.

I think I would try to use a photoshop Neutral Density Gradient filter on the sky, or replace the sky altogether with a beautiful sky photo in your portfolio to beautifully enhance the young lady and the foreground of the picture, then your photo would pop with a complete foreground, middle ground, ()the young lady), and a background that is complimentary. if you keep this sky, vignette out its edges please.

Personally i like it.. it's an outstanding image with the blue and brown contrast which just compliments each other. Even though the sky looks a tad bit over, i feel that it still works pretty well here.
