the first one and the third one were shot with a tripod (Gorillapod for the win!), i believe. but for the other two (well for all of them) I shot in RAW format. Then for numbers 2 and 4 and put just the single RAW photo into photomatix and it processed it like a normal HDR. So i guess those are pseudo-HDR haha. but yeah

Yeah I absolutely hate overdone HDR photos. All I wanted was to show the sky as I saw it on that day (well maybe a little enhanced haha), with the trucks still properly exposed.

Nice HDR. I think #1 is sweet and feel the Transformer vibe from it.
#4 is cool also except for that other truck in the refection

wow those are really great! the third one is especially spectacular... i like how strong the hdr is, yet it doesn't feel overdone. it still looks like it was taken on earth and not some freaky parallel universe. nicely done
