Default Photoshop save as JPEG help
I have a jpeg photo which i opened in photoshop, did some editing (not good but trying to figure things out) I then flatened the image. Went to "save as" but it won't let me save it as a jpeg. Only photoshop or Tiff. What am i doing wrong. I have others i've edited and they save as jpegs. Must be missing something. Help!

More than likely your tiff is 16 Bit. Change your color mode (Images --> Mode) to 8 bits per channel and that should let you save as JPG.

I checked the 8 bit. Its already marked that 8 bit.

Under the same menu, is it set to RGB or another color mode?

It was on Lab Color, changed to RGB. Now can save as JPEG. Thanks for the help
