Drawn Look
I am in love with this style but I'm just not sure how to go about doing it myself. I don't know how to describe it other than an almost drawn look. There are some examples on this site under "Crazyman" Toronto portrait photographer | stills portfolios Thanks

It's basically a faux-HDR effect that has been (in my opinion) way over-sharpened.

There's a filter in Photoshop that does it. It's under Filter/Sketch/ then there's a few filters there that'll do that same effect. You'll have to tweak it.
