How can I edit my photo(s) like this?

I'm newer to editing photos, but this past summer I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 7. And I was wondering how I would be able to do something like this:

Where you have a little collage of four photos compiled into one. Is that do-able to with Photoshop? Or is there any other way?

Well, I suppose the easiest way is to make all your pictures the same size (ie 100 x 100) and then make a new document (say 200 x 200) and cut and paste each image into each quarter and save.

Yes.

I have elements 6 and at the start up it gives me the option to 'create' 'edit' etc etc go to create...on the
right side it says the magic words 'photo collage'
