Default All-in-one computer question

Help please!

I' am interested in getting an all-in-one computer to use for photo editing. Has anyone had experience with these computers? or have suggestions what I should look for in terms of the specifications. I' am a beginner in photo editing with PSE7 and I have no knowledge of what to look for when buying a computer. I don't think the all-in-ones are upgradable so I want to get a good system, I just don't know what that is.

Here's a link that's a little dated, but may be a good starting point. I have an iMac that is a couple of years old and it has been a great editing tool. In fact, I originally bought it JUST for photography. They have a new model out that should be even better. I don't have any experience with the Windows bases all-in-ones so maybe someone else can help with that.
