Default Same adjustment on several photos?

I have a big problem with a lots of photos. I think that maybe someone can tell me how to make the same adjustment on all of my photos. I need to adjust the light on some parts of the photo. Same place every time. If I show you two pictures maybe you understand my problem. As you can see, there are some "dirt" on the pictures, that I want to remove.
I have Lightroom and Elements 8 and the pictures are in RAW, so maybe Lightroom will be the best - if possible.

The last picture is a "blank" picture so maybe I can use this as a kind of mask to correct the pictures?

Kind regards from Alex, Denmark

I'm farily sure you can script several image processing packages, such as The Gimp or Photoshop. My personal favourite is Bibble Pro, where you can simply copy-and-paste settings from one image to many others. However, I don't think the correction you want is possible with Bibble Pro
