Default photo printing

My sister needs to print an 18x24 picture but my usual printers, online and local, don't even print that size. Do any of you know a good, inexpensive printer that does that size?

Take the image into Photoshop: Resize canvas to 20x30 with white as the background colour. Print it as a 20x30 and cut the white off.

MPIX.com should be able to do it. I printed a 16x24 through them on metallic paper and it looks amazing matted and framed on my wall.

I agree, you might have to add and print up to the next size and then trim.
