A collage? Multiple photos in one frame?

If so, the absolute easiest way is:

Have the background the color and sized the way you want.

Open a photo you want to add as a 'new layer'.

Resize the new photo layer to what you would like.

Rotate, move around, play with placement options etc.

Repeat with other photos.

Merge all layers down and save when done.

Basically all it is, is copy and pasting. Of course you can always get more technical with it, but this is the easy way.

Check out this chick's blog. She makes all kinds of awesome actions for PS and I think some/most/all of them are compatible with PSE. She has some great templates and actions for storyboards, that I really like. (Storyboards are what you're looking for. I totally know what you were talking about. ;-) ) If her stuff isn't compatible with PSE, just write to her and ask her about them. She seems really happy to help with anything.
