Default How do i fix the overexposure in a photo?

I shot few pics today in RAW... I love the composition and everything in one of them, but the flash was too strong is the highlights are a bit over exposed... I did try to reduce Brightness in Photoshop but doesnt seem to be enough...

What else can i do?

Thank you

Once the shots +ve very hard but not impossible to correct to a degree.Sometimes using the burn in PS helps,or increasing the contrast a touch ,also see youtube on tutorials on this subject

cheers

You can try adjusting the levels. layer-adjust-levels...move the hightlight lever towards the center...

I tried levels, curves, brightness, contrast... I did try the burn tool... Tried to make it black and white...

I just dont know what to do with it anymore... And other then being overexposed is one of the best pics i took of my daughter... (or one of the ones i like most)...

No idea what to do anymore...
