Black Background Want to blend with another picture but now erase
I have shots using a solid black background. They are of maternity shot. I want to blend into another background but only the area that is black. I think there is a way without using layer masking or erasing but just by blending according to color. Can anyone help me with this.

What color is the other background? Sometimes you can just paste the new background as a new layer and by changing your blend modes (I use overlay a LOT)it will create a nice to one for you. You may have to do a bit of ereasing but play around with it until you get something your like.
