Unhappy How to print die cut wallets without croppping out body parts

Hey all,

I am having a printing dilemma. I am attempting to print through Adorama, but when I ordered test prints, the very top of the head was cut off when I ordered the die-cut wallets. So, I am wondering if I need to do something to the files before uploading them or if a certain size ratio is better for these.

My file, when resized, is 5x7.81. Should it be exactly 5x7? If you want, I can take a picture of how Adorama is cropping it, because now when I upload a print, it shows that it's going to cut off half of his head.

I tried contacting Adorama, but they gave me a canned response that was no help at all.

Can anyone help me out? This is my first time ordering prints in wallet size...

It should be the same RATIO as your print. Wallets are generally 2x3, so as long as you have a 2:3 ratio image you should be fine. If youre doing 5x7, then you should have a 5:7 ratio image.

Crop before you print.

Like mentioned above you will need to make sure your crop is matched up to the size print you want.
I use Adorama on my larger prints and must say I have been more than just a little pleased with thier outcome
If you are using Photoshop there is a built in feature that will create the layout of wallet size images for you
