I like the way the sky is so blue! I think to get it straight I would use PP and make a line between the the to hills fix it. I think you a nice photo with out doing it but it may make it better.

No, there was no cropping done to this photo. I guess it's one of those learning ones - pay attention to backgrounds, etc., lol. I only used a point & shoot digital camera for this one as I didn't have my Pentax K200 at the time. I think I may have zoomed in on it, trying to get it to fill as much of the frame as I could...

I dont think its that big a deal to tell you the truth. The stalk is straight up and down so if you were to move the horizon, the stalk would then be at an angle.
I do have to be honest that I'm not so fond of the bright blue. If you could find a happy medium between the 2 skies I think it might look more natural

You do lose a little when it's straightened, but it doesn't hurt the rest of the image much. Hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of straightening it to see how it looks. I used the second image with the water mark, so it looks a little odd with that.
