I have several shots I captured that I just can't crop to a standard aspect ratio like a 4x6, 5x7, etc.. Does anyone know where or how to make a nice border that I can place the photo within the border. I use CS4 and I already know how to creat a solid/effect border to a photo. What I'm looking for is more of an artistic border. I'm sure there must be some sites but I just can't find any. I'd appreciate any help here or ideas.............

There are some actions already to create frames, have you tried any of those?

Image > Adjustment > Canvas size.
Make sure the background colour in the tools palette is the colour you want your frame to be. Re=size the image to the size you want, then size the canvas for the print size.

Do a google search for "photoshop frames free" or for storyboards (CoffeeShop Free PS/PSE Actions! has some nice ones).
