Default Golden Retriever Portrait, Too Much?

Photobucket

Did I go too far with the pp?

I adjusted levels, color balance, lens blur, and added a sharpness layer for the eyes tongue and nose.

Does it still look natural?

Thanks in advance.

Your processing is fine but what I feel it needs is a crop that would eliminate all of the fence. Probably down to where the white of the clovers are starting.

It would be nice to include more of the dog too, since that is the subject of the image.

I hope you don't mind, I played with your picture some. Probably more processing than you wanted on it, I just think it is fun. I just did a shot like this of my springer spaniel yesterday....

Thanks everyone. I actually really liked the fence and the vertical lines til I cropped it out and realized I liked it better without it.

Wylerhouse, No i don't mind people messing with my photos at all! I do it all the time, I can't help it. I'm not a big fan of frames but I do like where you cropped it.
